Our Youth, Our Future, Our Community

My name is Trayvone Clayton, and I’m running to be your Municipal Councilor because I believe in the power of community. For too long, many of our voices in this district have not been heard, and it’s time for that to change. I’ve lived here, I’ve worked here, and I’ve fought alongside many of you for fairness, equity, and opportunity. Now, I’m ready to bring that same fight to City Hall.

Our district is rich in culture, diversity, and potential, but it has also faced its share of challenges—from housing affordability to infrastructure needs, from safety to inclusivity. We deserve leadership that listens, that acts, and that is rooted in the lived experiences of the people it serves. I’m running because I believe in a District 8 where everyone can thrive, where your concerns are taken seriously, and where we all work together to build a better, more vibrant future for our families and our neighborhoods.

This is our home. Let’s build it up, together.

I believe your voice matters. Together, we can bring the change our community needs. I’m committed to making sure everyone in District 8 is heard, but I can’t do it alone. Whether you volunteer, donate, or share our message, your support is key to helping me fight for fairness, equity, and opportunity at City Hall. Let’s build a stronger, more vibrant future for all of us.
